Fish Fry |
Ingredients:
Fish - 150g
Small tomato - half
Garlic - 4 cloves
Ginger - 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
Pepper - 1/2 table spoon
Whole red chilli - 4 no's
Green chilli - 3 no's
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Yogurt - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Salt - adequate
Method:
Take the fish of your choice; clean and keep it ready.
Take chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger, pepper, whole red chilies and green chilies in a small sized blender jar and grind into a fine paste.
To that paste add chili powder, turmeric powder and yogurt and of course salt and mix well.
Apply evenly all over the fish for marination and leave it for half an hour.
Add 2 tablespoon of oil into the frying pan and fry until it gives nice fried color. That's it! Awesome fish fry is ready to eat.
